Do I need to register?

In order to shop at www.ortoparisi.com you must be registered and logged in. Registration is free and easy to complete.


When will my order arrive?

Once your order has been placed and your payment has been cleared, your order will usually be shipped out the next business day. Depending on where the order ships to, it will arrive between 1 and 4 business days from shipping date.


How will Orto Parisi handle my personal information?

Orto Parisi will not sell or disclose any of the personal information collected at www.ortoparisi.com. This information will only be used to ship your order. Please read our Privacy Policy in the Terms and Conditions for complete information.


How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, iDeal (The Netherlands), Mister Cash (Belgium), Paypal and SofortBanking (Germany).


Is my credit card information safe?

Yes it is. Paypal and MultiSafepay are international online payment services. Payment details are entered over a secure SSL link to Paypal and MultiSafepay, who will then authorize the payment after checking the details that have been entered. Credit card details entered in the webshop are kept securely by Paypal or MultiSafepay and are not transmitted to Orto Parisi.


Which currency is used in the webstore?

The currency used in the webstore is Euro. To convert the Euro amount to any other amount you can get an estimation here. Please note that this is an estimate and the actual conversion may be different.


Why is there a limit to the amount of products I can order?

The Orto Parisi webstore is for final consumers only. This is why we limit the amount of products you can order to three products per reference.


Do I have to pay extra duties and taxes on my purchased items?

Orders include Dutch VAT at 21 % when shipped in within EU. Shipping costs will be added to your order. Orders to countries outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. On orders to countries outside of the EU, we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. You must render these additional charges in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.


How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, you can do this by sending an email to webstore@ortoparisi.com. Please state the order number found in your order confirmation and which items you wish to cancel. If the order has already been sent to you, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery.


Does Orto Parisi have perfume samples?

No, we don't. Orto Parisi does not produce samples, so any 'samples' you may find on other websites or stores are decants. We can not guarantee the quality of the samples produced by others.


Where is Orto Parisi located?

Orto Parisi Perfumes and the Orto Parisi webstore are located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.


How do I know that my connection is safe?

We use SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer) in areas of the webstore where personal information is transmitted. SSL encryption is the world's standard for safety on the Internet. You can see the difference in your browser's address bar: An address in non-secured areas of the store starts with ‘http’. An address in secured areas of the store will start with ‘https’. Furthermore, you can see a closed padlock icon in the lower right corner of your browser.
