What are my shipping options?

Orto Parisi uses Fedex and/or local carriers for worldwide deliveries. All shipping costs are displayed while processing the order on the webstore. Note: When you place an order, please try to avoid giving a P.O. box. Please use a physical address and include a telephone number.


How do I return an item purchased on www.ortoparisi.com?

Please send an email with the reason of return to webstore@ortoparisi.com, within 14 days of delivery of your order. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions. Please note that returns will only be accepted if the products are purchased on www.ortoparisi.com. Labels and original packaging have to be fully intact and items cannot be used. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card or account. Please note that your expenses for returning the product to us will not be reimbursed. In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged, Orto Parisi will schedule a pick-up for returning the purchased merchandise. Does Orto Parisi ship to all countries?

To see if we are able to ship to your country, please follow the steps in the checkout. If we are not able to deliver to your country, you will not be able to complete your order.


What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is always free to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
For all other countries, Orto Parisi offers free shipping for orders containing 3 or more products.
